Kimberly Hofmann, BSc, DPT, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist

Helping moms heal their bodies and thrive postpartum with love, care and expert tools. No guilt, just growth.

Kimberly graduated from the University of the West Indies in 2015 and completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy in 2023, specializing in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation. She has worked with women internationally, providing care for a range of pelvic health concerns including pelvic organ prolapse, vaginismus, dyspareunia and urinary incontinence, as well as pregnancy and postpartum care.

Her passion for women’s health is deeply personal. After experiencing firsthand the gaps in care following her own birth, Kimberly wanted to do better for women. This shaped her focus on the often-overlooked “after baby” journey and her commitment to helping women feel heard, supported and confident in their recovery.

Her approach combines pelvic floor rehabilitation, hands-on therapy, individualized exercise and a Pilates-based movement framework to help women rebuild strength, confidence and function throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
