Vidhi completed her Bachelors in Physiotherapy from Gujarat University in the western part of India in 2012. Along with her Practicum and Internship work, Vidhi completed her Masters of Physiotherapy in 2014. She topped the University and was amongst the first 3 rankers for her graduate as well as post-graduate courses.
With over 10 years of experience in the field, Vidhi believes in adopting a client- centered approach and enjoys helping her clients by assessing and treating the body as a whole. She offers a holistic approach combining Exercise Therapy and Rehab principles with a hands -on approach to help improve symmetry and alignment- thereby working on removing the cause for the dysfunction rather than symptoms.
Vidhi has completed her certification in Dry Needling, Graston Technique (Instrument assisted Soft-tissue Mobilization), Non- internal Pelvic Floor Muscle Therapy, Kinesio-taping and is working on her Manual Therapy Levels through the Orthopedic Division of Canada. Prior to moving to Canada, she worked for a multi-specialty hospital treating a wide variety of Pediatric Neurological cases and conditions ranging from Cerebral Palsy, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Austin Spectrum Disorders, Global Developmental Delay, Myopathies and Congenital Syndromes. Vidhi has focused her practice on treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, rotator cuff injury, ligament injuries, arthritis, nerve pathologies, and pelvic floor pain. She welcomes a wide variety of patients of all ages and concerns.
When not working, Vidhi enjoys spending time with her 4 year old son and her husband. She loves Yoga, travel and go on long walks and hikes with her family and friends.
